By completing a booking or appointment form, you confirm that:

• You understand that providing false or misleading health information may affect the safety and appropriateness of the service provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any appointment where we believe inaccurate information has been provided or where a service cannot be safely delivered.

Prescriptions dispensed by Prescriptions Pharmacy are processed in accordance with UK law and GPhC standards. You agree to:

• Provide a valid NHS or private prescription where required.
• Inform us of any allergies, contraindications, or current medications before receiving any medicine.
• Follow the dosage instructions provided by your prescriber or our pharmacist.
• Not share prescription medicines with other individuals.

We accept no liability for adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow prescribed dosage instructions.

Prices: Service prices are displayed on our website and booking system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the previous price.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will generally not be issued where a service has already been delivered. If a service could not be provided due to our error, we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional charge.

NHS services are provided free at the point of use to eligible patients in accordance with NHS arrangements.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to WGA UK LTD and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or the NHS complaints process, as appropriate.
